Clean Air Act LAW 797A

This course involves in-depth analysis of selected current environmental legal issues and policy problems arising under the Clean Air Act. The seminar covers sophisticated legal and interdisciplinary issues of environmental decision-making, including economic and cost analysis, identification of policy tradeoffs, environmental politics and similar issues. Each student will be expected to write a research paper on a current policy and legal topic under the Clean Air Act, and to lead the class discussion on a selected Clean Air Act regulatory program.

Prerequisite: Env Law Survey and Administrative Law

Enrollment is limited to 12 students.
