Curriculum
Lubin’s MBA in Talent management provides you with current theory and strategies for talent management practices. The application of theory to practice will enable you to analyze, design, and evaluate talent management systems and processes across the full spectrum of functions. You will gain knowledge of essential areas of human resources: employment law, negotiation and bargaining, training and development, compensation and assessment, recruitment and staffing, and international human resources management.

Through the program’s capstone project, you will integrate knowledge from other courses to develop management policies. For the research project, you will—with faculty supervision—prepare a research document that includes problem recognition, valid data, analysis and evaluation of data, and recommendations.

- A personal statement explaining to the Graduate Admission Committee why you would like to pursue the program of graduate study you have chosen. Additional information regarding your academic performance, as well as professional experience, may also be included in the supplement.
- A resume or outline describing at least the past five years of your employment history and any significant community, professional, or college extracurricular activities.
- Two letters of recommendation are optional, but strongly recommended. If you choose to submit letters of recommendation in support of your application, letters should be from academic or professional references who can knowledgeably comment on your ability to successfully complete graduate study. Please note that the Graduate Admission Committee reserves the right to require letters of recommendation on a case by case basis.
- All Official Transcripts: Transcripts from every accredited college or university attended (not just the degree granting institution) must be sent either to ÎÞÂëרÇø, directly from the academic institution electronically or by mail, or forwarded by the applicant in sealed envelopes from the academic institution.
- If you have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above for all of your undergraduate work, and you hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, you will be considered for admission to any MBA or MS program without submitting a GMAT or GRE score.
- If you are an MBA applicant who already holds a business-related master's or doctoral degree, you may request a waiver of the GMAT or GRE.
