Biography
Adjunct Professor Victor Tafur practices in the fields of environmental, energy, immigration, sustainable business and international environmental law, as well as arbitration and conflict resolution in these areas.
He is partner and principal at the Law Office of Victor M. Tafur established in New York in 2009 and the Executive Director of the Consortium for Ecological Law, Inc., a New York-based NGO think-tank founded in 2023.
Professor Tafur is admitted to practice law in the United States in New York (2002) and the U.S. Federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2009), as well as in the Republic of Colombia (1989).
