Beyond the classroom, Dr. Ranger-Murdock actively engages in campus and community initiatives that promote leadership, mentorship, and inclusion. She brings a global perspective to nursing care and education, rooted in her experience as the child of Jamaican immigrants and her dedication to addressing disparities in healthcare.
